We continue our study in Zechariah by looking at Zechariah 11:1-17. In this passage, we see several prominent themes. Some of the important themes are that God rules supreme over the wicked and the righteous of every age. God reveals His will and fulfills His purpose to His true people. Everyone is responsible for their own actions in response to God’s Word. Whenever people persist in rebellion they pay a very heavy price. Generally speaking, a nation’s leaders reflect a nation’s people.
Ultimately, we see that we MUST keep in mind God’s GRAND PLAN of salvation for His people.
